How this game got built
This game started at a dining table. 2026 my son is getting ready for his 12th Grade exams and I'm helping him clear concepts for economics. The textbook had the right ideas — the deflationary gap, the investment multiplier, the money supply — but reading about them was nothing like doing something with them.
So, we tried something. What if we built the economy as a board you could play with?
Ten scenarios (custom scenario generator is available for a FEE), seven levers, one engine that recomputes the equilibrium every quarter. It's not a complete model of a country's economy. But it's faithful enough to the CBSE syllabus that closing the deflationary gap here means the same thing it means in the exam, and the trade-offs feel real because they are real: cut taxes and inflation climbs; tighten the repo and unemployment rises.
